A refund for the order is only available if the service has not yet processed the payment. To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request must be submitted from the email address associated with the original order.
- The client must explicitly agree to the terms of this refund policy.
- If the refund is requested due to the client’s failure to complete the exchange, all associated return costs will be the client’s responsibility.
- If the exchange cannot be completed due to a technical issue or error on our part, we will cover any related return costs.
Applicable Fees
- A standard 1% network fee applies to all cryptocurrency refunds.
- A client-initiated refund requested before payment processing is subject to a 4% service fee and will be executed once the payment is received.
- A 4% fee will be charged for transactions involving an incorrect cryptocurrency type or blockchain network.
