The received coins are automatically at the platform’s internal rate. - Final Amount Calculation
The amount is multiplied by the current exchange rate of the fiat currency or payment systеm.
Rate Fixation and Recalculation Terms:
The rate is fixed at the moment of order creation and remains unchanged if the cryptocurrency price has not dropped and the client has made payment within 20 minutes. In case if an order not paid within this period is automatically canceled.
Important:
If an order is canceled due to late payment or during significant market fluctuations when a transfer remains in the “pending merchant confirmation” status for a long time and does not receive the required number of confirmations for crediting, a recalculation of the amount is possible. To restore or recalculate an order, please contact the service’s technical support.
